Data Storage and Security

• Data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore).
• All data transmitted between the mobile app and servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS / TLS protocols.
• We employ strict administrative and technical measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.

Data Sharing

• We do NOT sell your personal data to any third party.
• We do NOT share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
• Data may be processed by Google Firebase as our secure cloud infrastructure provider.
• We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

Data Retention

We keep your account, order history, and khata/ledger records while your account remains active to provide continuous service. You may request permanent deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see our Delete Account policy below).

Children’s Privacy

The Agri Sarsabz Pakistan app is designed for adult farmers and agricultural dealers. This app is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age.
